Quality Assurance Report

Peter Smythe Transport Training’s Quality Assurance Report outlines our approach to the design, delivery and oversight of accredited training, assessment and quality assurance. It summarises governance and accountability arrangements, our risk banding, sampling and audit processes, and the continuous improvement and corrective action framework. Collectively, these ensure training and assessment are valid, reliable and aligned to awarding organisation and regulatory requirements. The full report is available to download as a PDF and is reviewed regularly by our SHEQC manager to maintain a structured, auditable quality management system that delivers safe and effective outcomes for learners and employers.
